Big commenting-out of vertico, marginalia etc
Thought I'd pare it back in terms of packages. Removed vertico,
orderless, consult-buffer (although kept consult), embark, deft,
paredit, winner, and a few other bits of stuff I never really needed.
Using ido for completion, the way Emacs intended.
