Adds some agenda changes for Q4 Plan
Also removes flyspell mode being on by default in org-mode.
Adds another section to the Home agenda for projects in the Q4 plan.
I don't understand why I had to add the category to + ((org-agenda-category-filter-preset '("+home" "+habits" "+refile" "+Q4_Plan" "+Birthday")))).
